Days 7, 8, 9 and 10

At About : 5:41 PM

So... I literally lost Monday through Thursday. I wasn't really bad... But I wasn't good either. I know I skipped breakfast I beleive on Monday, and I ate after 8PM on both Tuesday and Wednesday, and I didn't put in any work on the treadmill at all.

I'm not sure what happened. To be honest it was just a few hectic days at work, and at home and I simply let everything get away from me. I believe however that I have regained my composure, and am back on track...

The real test will be tomorrow morning when I check my weight... I'm hoping it's not too bad!

Anyway... We shall see.

Stress may erase your exercise gains.

Many of the more stressed-out people have all the good intentions in starting a workout program to get into shape. They are eager to start running and lifting weights and want to be pushed. But starting off a program too intensely, too soon can pile additional stress on to your system — not a healthy game plan, to say the least.

(Leftover) Spaghetti with Italian Sausage

Dinner:
Chicken Fried Rice

Starting Weight: 270
Current Weight: 269

Daily Activities: 2 miles on the treadmill

Day 5

At About : 8:18 PM

I felt really guilty about taking the day off yesterday... in terms of the treadmill, so I did 5 miles today... 3 & 2.

I'm feeling stronger. I probably could have gone for 6 or 7 but I didn't want to really push myself and be wiped out for tomorrow.

Anyway...

Here are my stats for today:

Breakfast:
1 Bowl of Kellogg's Raisin Bran with 2% milk.

Lunch:
(Leftover) Spaghetti with Italian Sausage

Dinner:
Tossed Green Salad

Starting Weight: 270
Current Weight: 269

Daily Activities: 5 miles on the treadmill (3 & 2)

Day 4

I was rather lazy today, so I took a day of rest. No work at all on the treadmill. Other than that I was good. I can't shake this guilty feeling though.

I suppose that's a good thing. Anyway...

6" Turkey Sub from Subway

Day 3

At About : 8:06 PM

I did it! I actually woke my lazy ass up in time to put in some work on the treadmill in the morning... I did two miles before I left for work! My legs were a lil' wobbly when I walke out the door... But still, I did it!

I did well again today... I didn't skip any meals or eat anything I shouldn't have.

I put another couple miles on the treadmill after work as well. I think I'll stick to that schedule and see how that goes... 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM, or as Chuck Woolery would say 2 & 2! Anyway...

Here are my stats for today:

Chicken Caesar Salad

Dinner:
Healthy Choice Chicken Parmigiana

Day 2

At About : 8:37 PM

Well... Again I wanted to get a jump on today by getting up early and hitting the tread mill... And again... that didn't actually happen. I'm beginning to believe that I'm just not a morning person.

I did well today. I didn't skip any meals, although I worked until 7PM so by the time I got home it was late... I almost skipped dinner because I really don't want to eat anything after 7PM but I didn't. I threw together a tossed green salad and ate that.

Then I put in some work on the treadmill.

I want to start hitting the treadmill in the mornings too... So my metabolism gets a kick start in the AM... I just can't seem to get my body to agree. Anyway...

Here are my stats for today:

Breakfast:
1 Bowl of Kellogg's Raisin Bran with 2% milk.

Lunch:
6" Turkey from Subway.

Dinner:
Tossed green salad

Starting Weight: 270
Current Weight: 270

Daily Activities: 3 Miles on the treadmill.
